Please fill out the form below - your visit is not offically scheduled until you receive a confirmation e-mail from the Dakota Zoo office. Thank You! School group rate is $5 per person (including teachers, chaperones, bus drivers, etc). In order to receive the education rate, you must fill out and submit this Form 2 weeks prior to your visit. If we have not received your completed form and you have not received a confirmation email, your group will be charged regular admission prices.
