Returns / Exchanges

 

Gift Shop: If a product is found to be defective, The Dakota Zoological Society, Inc. will, at its option, replace the item or refund the cash or credit card. Exchanges may be made at the discretion of the gift shop manager.
 
Membership Purchase:  All purchases of memberships are final. Memberships are non- transferable and non-refundable.
 
Admissions Purchase: No refunds are given for admissions. In case of inclement weather, we thank you for your donation.
 
Education Classes: No refunds are available on Dakota Zoo education classes. A full refund will be given for program cancellations.
 
Concession Stand: No refunds are given for concession items.
